The Home of The Nutrition Project & ALL you training plans!

Want coaching without any strings attached? Our Movement App is a self-guided programming approach that gives you the motivation and structure without the check-ins. Perfect for those that are confident in their application but need a little help knowing what to train/ eat (basically you’re the girl who just needs the plan, and once you’ve got it, you absolutely run with it).

Our AIM App service allows you to personalise your service to what you need, add nutrition or coaching and choose between out gold, silver and Nutrition Project tiers.

From there you have The AIM App - The gold and silver subscriptions are for the self-motivated woman who just needs the program and the structure but is confident enough to execute it without the ongoing check-ins. Then the nutrition project sits as a nutrition-only offer, personalised macros, meal options and education for the woman who already has her training sorted and just wants to nail what's happening in the kitchen. Meet Mia, the founder of Aim Coaching

“I feel like I've never worked a day in my life because I love what I do—and there's nothing more rewarding than transforming women’s lives”

My journey began at 14 when I started working at Voyage Fitness in Warragul after school helping out with admin and cleaning. I am so grateful I had this opportunity, as this threw me out of my comfort zone and gave me industry experience at such a young age.

  • After completing Year 12, I went on to study a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science. During the COVID lockdown, I decided to study my Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness which allowed me to train clients outdoors and build my confidence in the industry while still abiding the rules + regulations of lockdown.

    My training during this time was heavily cardio-focused with a lot of HIIT sessions, running and netball. I got caught up in the classic going to the gym & determining a good workout by wanting to get a 'sweat on'. I became very obsessive, over scales + calories which led to fearing going out with friends and having rest days. This was very pivotal in my journey.

    Since then I have been on a journey of fueling for performance and working on my relationship with myself + food. I fuel my body with the nutrients it needs no matter the phase I am in or my current goals that I wish to achieve. Alongside all of this I have learnt the importance + power of my mindset and prioritising time for ME.

    I can now confidently say I train and coach clients to do the exact same. Empowering them, ensuring they feel strong, capable + confident, educated and in control of their mindset around training, nutrition + self to ensure that they feel like the best versions of themselves while living that healthy balanced lifestyle.
